If all you who are patrolling Yahoo! Japan and
Ebay are as dedicated to anime cel fandom as you
say that you are, put your money where your mouth
is and stop this senseless posting. You may
think that you're doing us all a favor, but it's
just breeding more ill will. And don't even make
the excuse that you're just informing
us "consumers" of the origin of these cels. More
than likely, whoever is bidding on Ebay probably:
A. Does not speak Japanese
B. Lives outside of Japan
Therefore, they COULD NOT BID ON A YAHOO! JAPAN
AUCTION TO BEGIN WITH SO WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT
MAKE HOW MUCH THE CEL SOLD FOR THERE?! When you
buy a cel from your favorite dealer, do you ask
him how much he paid for it on his last trip to
Japan? Do you feel sorry for the poor Japanese
collector that would have really enjoyed that
cel, if only some dealer hadn't come along and
bought it to just to sell it to you and make a
profit? If the answer is no, then why should you
worry about cels that originated from Yahoo!
Japan? Something to think about...
