Sometimes when I access the forum, my browser (IE 
5.5) has a difficult time viewing the page, 
especially when I'm scrolling.  The frame just 
bleeds when I scroll (it's like IE forgot to 
erase the screen before showing a new screen).  I 
then access other web pages, and they're fine, 
but when I return to the forum, the frame starts 
getting muddy again.  Oh well.  Later.
