I have a cel with a horribly misaligned
correction layer that is unfortunately quite
stuck in a 1.5x1.5 inch area. I really want
to separate them, because as it is right now I
can't enjoy the image at all. I wouldn't mind
loosing the correction layer TOO much, because
it's a color-correction (and frankly I don't
care if his dress is yellow or pink, so long
as he's wearing a dress! ^__^) I tried the
freezer method, although I didn't leave it in
too long, and had very limited success. (I
stopped when the correction layer's paint
began to peel from the correction and adhere
to the actual cel ~_~;;) Were I to forceably
pull the correction layer off, would there be
anyway to safely remove the correction layer's
stuck paint from the cel? What would you
recom
