I had the same problem several months ago.  I 
think they're not really in existence anymore..


It's somewhat related, though probably not their 
fault--before noticing the cel on their site, I 
'won' their OVA makoto on ebay early last 
spring--only to send money and never get a cel.  
The user on ebay had a normal name--nothing that 
tied them to anime villa--so it's probably not 
likly that it's their fault...but it's useful to 
know that someone occasionally uses their scans to
 post false auctions.
