I'm very confused by a listing on this Japanese 
site (put it in the url window). I was looking at 
a cel, and where the price would be, it simply 
says "ORDER". ??? Do they mean "offer" as in they 
want potential buyers to make an offer on the cel? 
I'm baffled! If anyone can shed some light on the 
matter, I'd be very grateful.
