Well, okay, but that's not what friends I have in 
Japan tell me. (Maybe they're lying so I don't 
feel like a moron...? ^o^)

If no one wants the cels that do exist, do you 
think I would ever be able to get one, maybe by 
asking around...?  I really wouldn't WANT one 
from the OVA because the character design is 
really really REALLY bad. (Can you tell I hate 
it? ^o^)  Ah, well...
