Wow thanks! That makes so... much more sense now. 
For awhile I was under the impression, those cels 
with images were one's people had yet to pay for. 
So essentially they were on hold and Bonbee 
didn't want ppl to bug him asking is it available 
and the like.

Just out of curiousity, since I've never used his 
service, does he charge a service fee in addition 
to the shipping cost and the cel itself? And 
usually how long does it take from him to reply 
to emails as well as ship out a cel after he 
receives payment?
