The problem I run into here and especially
at Cels.org is the ads.

For example just before coming on here I
tried to check to see what web pages had
been updated and I couldn't even get that
page to load because it was having trouble
connecting to various ad servers.  Attempted
refreshes/reloads didn't help.

The problem doesn't seem to be Yann's system
itself but those other systems where he is
getting the advertisements.  Now I know that
he isn't going to do away with the ads but
it would be really nice if he could arrange
it so people could view the page while the
ads were loading  (or trying to load).

In the end I didn't get to check cels.org
for the web page updates and since I didn't
have this page bookmarked I had to use
chad's page of cel stuff to get the link
here since I couldn't get through cels.org

Kind of wierd that the advertisers pay per
page view but their servers or more likely
network connections are so slow
that the ad takes forever to draw and in
cases like mine we end up abandoning the
page (and their ad) because of the problem
they caused.  It is a bit self defeating
to drive away the people you want to
advertise to.

Yann this isn't to blame you for any of this
I do understand why you want the ads to
support the system and everything but it
would be most helpful if you could tweak
the html so the ads have a low priority and
your page gets drawn first rather than what
happens now where it shows trying to connect
to (which ever net the ad is on)
