I went through the whole ring and gave Yann a 
list of sites sorted under these catagories:

Dead sites (no page found)
Restricted sites ("not authorized to view this
       page" errors received)
Sites that moved but had forwarding addresses at
       the old URL
Sites with no cel content

I know that some of the links needing correcting 
have been corrected and some of the dead or 
unrelated ones have been deleted. Further than 
that, you'll have to ask Yann. ^_^

One thing that I didn't do was check when a page 
was last updated. Already it took me about five 
or six hours to go through the whole ring. . . If 
someone else is ambitious enough to check last 
update times, I'll be the one waving the start 
flag for you! (*grin*)
