Hmm, I don't think there are actually all that 
many people who both read the forum and collect 
DBZ cels that have not seen that cel. ^_^;  
Believe me, my eyes just about fell out of my 
head. =P Besides, for that cel I'd be really 
surprised if it stays at its current price. I 
have a feeling its going to skyrocket - after 
all, how often do cels like that show up?  Next 
to never. It will be quite interesting to see how 
it turns out, and who the high bidder will be in 
the end.

Just keep in mind that Yahoo Japan is not really 
a secret - a lot of people know about it already 
and it is a public auction. :P
