This brings up a question I had about hanken 
cels...how many are actually being made on 
average today? For example as they can be used as 
ads in magazines or on covers, Card Captor Sakura 
has been on at least half of the Animage covers 
for the past year, are any of those hanken?  Are 
there hanken for the Cowboy Bebop LD covers?  
I've only seen a handful of hanken cels, so I'm 
not sure how much they are really made.
