Actually, I thought that the fees applied ONLY to 
the business accounts, and that individual accts
have not changed; the reason this is being brought
up in EBay, I think, is because some people really
*do* have a "business" on EBay, and Paypal wants
them to change accts and pay the 1.6%/$.24 fee...
That actually makes sense; I think if you're 
selling hundreds of thousands of items on EBay 
per month, that would count as running a 
"business".. ^_^'
