I saw a publicity cel of Wild Fire for sale on
eBay once.  I think Van Eaton was the seller if I
remember correctly.  It didn't sell, so you can
ask Van Eaton Gallery if they still have it:

I haven't seen any actual production cels of it
for sale though =(.  Actually, I haven't seen many
80s Hanna Barbara or Ruby Spears cels for sale
(Goldie Gold, Shirt Tales, etc.) other than Smurfs
and Scooby-Doo which are more popular than those
shows.  Good luck on your hunt!
