Since acetone (nail polish remover) didn't 
completely remove the stain, try ethanol.

I'm not saying you should pour vodka on the cel, 
but try * ethyl * rubbing alcohol 70% with a q-
tip.  Isopropyl is not recommended since it's a 
relatively 'dirty' cleaner.
