Hello!

Just thought I'd drop a line here to the forum to 
let everyone know that eBay finally got back to me 
with some great news!

The eBay representative who contacted me said she 
had suspended the account for you-know-who so he 
can no longer use it to defraud people.  And for 
future reference I have some forms that eBay sent 
me that I fax to them whenever I find someone's 
trying to auction items that I may have the 
intellectual copyright to.  Difficult for cels but 
nonetheless, it's a start.  Maybe it's faster than 
the current response through their online form 
which took nearly a week for them to reply to.  
But I'm happy anyway since they did the right 
thing in the end and removed that guy.  

I know it's probably only a temporary measure 
since he can just get another account but if 
everyone remains vigilant against things like 
this, he'll (and anyone else who tries to defraud 
collectors) find that no matter how many accounts 
he gets, they'll be shut down.
