Well,

	The actualy act of framing is the same, but there
is a larger logistical problem with framing cels
with Backgrounds yourself.  That mainly being
finding the frame for it.  I frame all my own
non-BG cels, using an 11x14 frame and precut
acid-free matting.  But with my brackground cels,
I take them in to be done.  It costs very little
extra for me, It normally costs me about $50-$55
for all the materials to frame a cel, and the ones
with backgrounds cost me about $70-$80 to take to
the Total Crafts(yes I said Total Crafts) down the
street.  

Of course, I could just be on crack....
