Be very careful if you are considering bidding on
one of their auctions.  This individual shops the
same places we do and I've seen Gundam Wing cels
on dealer's pages turn up on ebay with a starting
bid of usually $20 over what they paid for it, 
some of the cels not even all that great. 
Anyways, just be careful not to get burned. :)
