Here's my entry.  No, this isn't a chroma cel :P  
But, it is the production cel it was modeled 
after. It measures 20.5 inches wide by 15.5 
inches tall.  It took 4 scans and a lot of time 
to edit them together.

This is my favorite cel in my Sailor Moon 
collection, at least for now.  It is an A1 cel 
with the matching background.  The reason it is 
so big is because it was panned 4 times from each 
of the 4 corners of the cel in the animation.
