Actually I never said that I thought it would be
the one or two people saying "this is so," as
fact, I think you're missing the point that I was
agreeing with. Listing info is one thing and
that's great, having everyone say " I own this
cel and I'm selling it because" or people trying
to keep tabs on what other people are doing, as
some people wanted it to go, is another, and
wierd. Like I said listing info is great but
there are sites out there that already do that. I
think you just haven't found them, and that
wasn't what worried me. It was the people who
wanted to "teach" that scam artist a lesson by
breaking ebay rules themselves and making all
those false bids, then turn around and say that
they should create this site. If they were the
ones who got together and called the authorities
it wouldn't have bothered me at all, but that
wasn't the case. Anyway, I still think this forum
is best for these issues. It's international and
sees a lot of traffic and it seems the most
neutral place for these discussions I've heard so
far. Information is a wonderful thing, go for it.
Starting to keep running lists of people? A
proven list? Ok, maybe. What happens when it
expands to a list of possibles? Like you said,
these things can be addressed, I just want to
know 1)who are the ones addressing it, 2)if they
are really neutral and 3)how anyone could be
really certain of that. Anyway, it's nice to know
we're all on the same side, aren't we? um, now
which flag was it I was supposed to wear tonight,
