I don't see what is wrong with asking for 
someone to pay the auction fees if it is stated
upfront.  They can get high if you sell enough
on ebay (I should know since I have been trying 
to clear out a ton of cels before I go to Japan).
I don't see what is wrong for asking for other
fees the seller may have to pay as well as long
as it is stated up front.  If you don't want to
pay the fees then just don't bid.
