When I started looking at cels-for-sale sites 
back in October-November, the prices for Kenshin 
cels back then were about half of what they are 
now.

On E-Bay, on Japan cel vendor sites, on Yahoo! 
Japan, on American sites... all of them have 
shown a dramatic increase in Kenshin cel prices.

And I cannot believe that Kenshin cels available 
these days are better.  In fact, Kenshin cels 
back then were just as good or even better AND 
much cheaper.

Explain?
