Hypothetical or not, it's a very important
question. I really was considering putting
names of scammers on the (also
hypothetical) public service site but changed
my mind. I don't really feel that we have the
right to condemn a seller to effective eBay
death when we can't be completely and totally
positive that they are committing fraud. Sort of
the reasonable doubt issue . . .

I AM going to do a site about stuff to know
when using auction sites and in general to get
cels, including learning to recognize fan cels
should this be an issue again, and of course
there is always this forum too. BUT IT WILL
NOT INCLUDE A LISTING OF SCAMMERS. I
can't eliminate the reasonable doubt so it
would be irresponsible of me to post names.
Hopefully we can take it from the message on
his site that "SS Future Trunks" or "Aaron" or
whoever they are has learned their lesson
about selling fan cels.
