Hello!

I wonder if anyone could help me out here.
I got a paint-your-own cel recently and it is 
only telling me the paint numbers. No color 
description anywhere!!! 
I found out that the paint is possibly from Toei 
and that it is most likely the kind of paint 
anime studios use to create their cels.
I am wondering if anyone have a color reference 
chart?
The color numbers by the way are: 102, R230, 
G590, PB660, YR410...and such.
Any help would be great!
