I Live pretty close to NYC, only about 40 minutes 
away. I don't know if this is the same festival 
thing that you were referring to, but on Nov. 10, 
11, and 12. In NYC there having a Sci-fi, Comic, 
and Anime convention. I know some cels will be 
there because I'm friends with the people selling 
them. I met them a little while ago and have 
bought quit a few things from them. That's about 
all I know about it... And I'm definitely going!
