Hi melissa,

This cel is from Episode #18 where Usagi's 
brother Shingo has a friend, Mika, that makes 
dolls.  It's from the very end of the show after 
Sailor Moon has defeated the youma.  She's 
listening outside a window as Shingo and Mika 
talk and become friends again, and then you see 
her silhouette jump away (your cel).  This scene 
is also shown in the opening of the NA dub of SM.

I have a similar cel and I always thought it was 
strange because if you look closely you will 
notice she is facing forward, so she must jump 
backwards off the window ledge.  I don't mean 
strange in a bad way, I really like the cel!!
