Greetings, I've been semi-lurking here for a bit, 
and never formally said hi.  ^^;

I was wondering if there's a standard or somewhat-
standard size for backgrounds.  I've got one 
backgrounded cel, and while the cel itself is 9" 
x 10.5", the background is nearly 15" x 15"!  Is 
this normal?  

The sequence wasn't a pan sequence, either, so 
I'm not sure why such a huge background would be 
paired with just a regular-sized cel.  Are 
backgrounds ever reused for other scenes?
