I've had to pass on cels lots of times because of 
the price. Not because I found them overpriced, 
but because it went over my self-imposed limit. I 
have to have one, or else I end up in debtor's 
prison. :) 

As a personal rule of thumb, if I hestitate 
ordering something, there's a reason. My favorite 
cels are the ones I've sort of fallen in love 
with at first glance, and couldn't wait to get 
the money out. The ones I regret getting, I've 
spent days trying to justify them.  

As for the cels I've missed: the good thing is 
that a week later, I've always managed to find 
someting I've liked equally as much -- the only 
trick is getting there in time. :)
