The fee for starting an auction is the same 
whether it is 50.00 or 500.00. The listing fee is 
2.00 for anything past 49.99 I think. Besides, 
reserves can intimidate some people. Sometimes I 
put a reserve, sometimes I don't. When I start an 
auction higher though, all I care about is 
getting one bid.  As long as one bid comes along, 
I've made the minimum I need to part with the 
cel.
