Put several nice cels up for auction - Rayearth
opening/transformation cel of Hikaru, Utena cels
of Touga and Anthy, and other misc cels (I'd
planned to open a cel site and have contests,
but have given up on that so am just selling the
stuff I'd planned for the contests, sigh :P).
