The same exact thing happened to me once. I've 
order twice from him, the first time I waited five 
months until I got my Lupin cel, and the second 
time I sent cash instead of a money order and got 
my cel right away. People have warned against 
ordering from that guy....I know now I'll never do 
it again.

Just be patient and it'll probably eventually get 
to you after you've given up on it.
