On casual glance, I would say it could be. But if 
you look, the hair in the cel is blowing inthe 
breeze and the hair in the genga is not. Keep in 
mind, however (partially in regards to your note 
about the head being at a different angle), that 
a genga will most likely NOT match any cel 
exactly.

Overall, I can't be more specific since I don't 
know Rayearth terribly well. But that is a 
gorgeous genga!! ^_^
