Yeah, wondering what happened to Chad, he hasn't
updated the Internet Cel Guide for a long time.
It used to update every month.  If Chad doesn't
have time to handle it, he should find someone 
else to help out maintaining.  The Internet Cel
Guide is pretty useful with all the links, but
if it's not updated, it's gonna fall behind with
all the new links.
