Yup, Chuck Jones did a Rikki Tikki Tavi cartoon
back in 1975 which was narrated by the Orson
Wells =).  You can see cels from the special here:

It's also available on videotape from Amazon,
Suncoast, or other video outlets =) if you want
to see it!  I know a few other companies did
versions of Rikki Tikki Tavi as well (animated
direct to video), but Chuck Jones' one is probably
the most famous and best one!  You can also check
out Chuck Jones' other Jungle Book adaptations
(The White Seal or Mowgli's Brothers) on videotape
as well at Amazon!  Check them out!  You won't
regret it (and the cobras will scare the heck out
of you!).
