The EBay system does mess up once in a while,
especially when you use it during the maintenance.

The prices are the same as before as I used for 
over 1 1/2 years.  If EBay is going to increase
the fees, they will send an email to every user 
or whenever you log in for selling stuff.  I have
sold items many times at $50 or above, it has been
$2 all along.  If you can lower your starting bid
at $49.99, it is $1.
