This sounds very cool. I wish I could sit in. ^_^

I', assuming the majority of your audience won't 
necessarily be anime buffs, so I think you should 
talk about the process itself. The several steps 
and different animators involved is something I've 
always found interesting.

*Of course* you'll have examples. Maybe you can 
show a video clip of one of your cels. This could 
help them to see how it all fits together. 

I don't think too many people realize just how 
much work goes into producing animation. 
Especially cel animation. It's great you're 
educating people about it, since it is a dying 
art. :-(
