I am looking at this Laputa cel-I'm NOT 
bidding on it but I can't understand what's 
happening--please explain.

As far as I can guess, the price currently is 
59,000 yen--but what is that 65,000 doing 
where the high bidder is supposed to be? I 
take it there's no bidding yet?
