Yes, it's like wndrkn said- IPMO is exactly what 
they want (the pink 'n yellow ones).  I think 
some people have tried to send them bank checks, 
with the reasoning that the bank is an 
international one, but Hobbyshopk couldn't cash 
them.
Hobbyshop K is awesome- very friendly, great 
service - I would highly recommend them.  ^_^
