Hi
I was updating my page and realized that many of 
the cels could use some oomph.  I'm not very 
artistic but, I don't think it would be beyond my 
capabilities to create something colorful to put 
behind the cels.  My problem is I'm not sure what 
products to use.  Does anyone ever make their own 
background?  If so do you need to use a special 
paper?  Any advice is welcomed
