Keigo is terrific!  I've dealt with him already, 
and I've bought two rather pricey cels through 
him.  He is very dependable, and the communication 
is second to none.  And he's so nice!  ^_^  The 
cels haven't arrived here yet (the auctions just 
closed a few days ago) but less than a day after 
the transactions were through, the excess money 
was already back in my PayPal account. I can't 
recommend his Celga service enough--except that it 
might mean more competition!(hehe)

He's very faithful with his service--one of my 
auctions ended at 4am in his time zone, and he 
didn't miss a thing.  As far as I'm concerned, 
Keigo's deputy service is the best thing to appear 
on the cel market since Sailor Moon.  Feel free to
