I will give you what I believe is an honest 
assessment but it is [my assessment]. The Goku 
and Buu cel is much too high at $400. Even though 
goku is fighting Buu, Buu's tenticle obscures 
goku's neck. (Its a distraction and detracts from 
the cel) In order for it to be a high dollar cel 
all the elements in the picture area should be in 
a good position. Just being rare (unless its 
something like a Gogeta) will not be good enough 
alone to command high dollar and unless its a 
very good Goku vs Buu cel, its only considered a 
secondary cel. 
  Another point: If you want your site to be 
effective SELLING cels you should really invest 
in a good scanner (It looks like you took the 
pictures with a digital camera) A scanner will 
bring out the colors in the cels and brighten 
them up. This helps in selling them because the 
buyers can see the colors better; this is 
important........Just MY feedback......
