It's an acetate with ink lines on.  Basically, if 
the seller has the original pencil drawing, he 
can mass produce by using the animation copy 
machine.  It simply transfer the lines from paper 
to ink onto the acetate.  Not really worth the 
money unless you get the pencil drawing too.
