It's from the last episode of the 2nd Lupin 
series, and that's my favorite anime. On top of 
that, I can't find any good cels from this show 
anymore (the show, not the movies) and this one is 
also from a Miyazaki-directed ep.

Blah blah, I've showed this off too many times. No 
one cares but I love it. I'm trying to buy this 
other cel of Jigen from ep 99 off of one owner as 
well (he's been selling me off his Lupin cels and 
he offered it a long time ago). WAIII! Someone 
needs to fansub more episodes, or I need to learn 
Japanese, or maybe Italian. (I know what I'm going 
to be on the lookout for in Italy this summer...)
