On their website, Pierrot's english section does 
not offer cels. But, their standard page (in 
japanese) does. I have a couple questions about 
this.
1) Do they offer cels individually, or are you 
required to buy in bulk? 
2) Do they sell to overseas customers? Or is this 
going to require a middle man?

I tried contacting them with no success. Which 
leads me to believe they do not really cater to 
english speaking customers. Anyone know their cel 
policies?
