Usually you don't raise the prices in order to 
lower them.
-$437 for bardock---good round number -_- (wasn't 
it $400 before?)
-$184 for Shenlong-- (150 before?)
-Amoung others

Looks like you bumped up all the prices, slapped 
a sticker on em saying "15% off!!" as a good way 
to con people into buying them thinking they get 
a good deal.  Good business stradegy :P
