Hi Tabis,  I am letting u know I ordered cels 
from this seller on ebay off of his site and have 
had excellent service.  I am not an expert on if 
cels are real or not but I can tell u they are 
beautiful and in mint shape.  I happen to know 
this cel was priced at $80-88 before it went onto 
ebay at only $20.  I wanted the one on ebay of 
Mariemeia, Lady Une and Relena.  Unfortunatly, 
it's gone up too high.  It was about $88 on  his 
site and I was hoping it would stay low priced so 
I could get it but now it's almost the same price 
as he had it at.  I have been very pleased with 
all my purchases and if u check his feedback, 
you'll see that almost everyone is a repeat buyer 
and pleased with theirs too.  I'd say u should 
get it.  Also, as TK said, masked Zechs does not 
go for as much as w/o mask.  So, that explains 
why it is not going for as much as one w/o a mask.
