Try KillAd 0.10 or 0.11 (latest) - this is 
freeware. You can find it at Nonags.com or the 
guy's homepage (not recommended since his site 
"makes a point" ^_^'''). I recommend this only 
for veteran computer users as it will require 
tweaking for best results ... (kill list, no-kill 
list, window sizes, etc.) So far I've been able 
to kill every Animanga-related popup.
