I don't remember the name of the thread, but I
believe we hypothesized the cel to be from Yakumo
Tatsu (Eight Clouds).  (That series was being
discussed at the time too ^^;)  It's not the
easiest shot to tell by, but the art is very
similar and he looks a lot like the character
Fuzuchi Kuraki (I think that's right, it's been a
while).
