I've already gotten multiple dream cels through 
Celga's service.  And I have no reservations 
whatsoever about saying this:  Keigo simply is the 
best cel deputy/dealer I have ever dealt with.  He 
really goes the extra mile--we are so lucky to 
have his service. 

In fact, one of the cels just came today!  ^_^

The communication is excellent, shipping is 
fast...and he's very nice.  I highly recommend his 
service to all you other cel collectors out there.
