All of their auctions that I sampled say "Seller 
will ship internationally" so there should be no 
problems. Even more evidence that this should not 
be an issue is that Bonbee is encouraging 
international users to create accounts on Yahoo! 
Japan (and thus, to bid on the auctions) by 
displaying screen captures with instructions on 
how to complete the forms.
