I am sorry that you are missing out on cels you 
would have liked to have purchased, but at the 
same time it is stated pretty clearly on Taro's 
information page that if you cancel an order from 
them your account will be closed and you are 
unable to order from them in the future.

Stephen is a very reasonable man, however ... 
have you tried emailing him and apologizing for 
the mistake you made and ask him if he would 
allow you to order from them again?  You never 
know, it might be worth a shot. ^-^
